It pleases us in the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan to invite our brothers the media professionals, politicians and intellectuals and opinion-makers to attend and participate in the weekly Ummah's Issues Forum, to discuss current issues, after a hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.

On Tuesday, 22/6/2021, the Transitional Government abolished its customs dollar exchange rate which is used to evaluate imported goods. Under the decision, importers must pay the value of goods and commodities to customs at the current exchange rate of 430 Sudanese pounds to one dollar, whereas previously the calculation was made on the basis of 28 Sudanese pounds to the customs dollar.

It was announced that Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, and Abdullah Hamdok, Prime Minister, and their accompanying delegation had arrived in Paris to participate in the so-called Paris Conference in Support of Sudan. The Transitional Government revealed that dozens of projects have been prepared in various fields to be presented at this conference, including energy, infrastructure, communications, livestock and other sectors.
