After a Year of Genocide (and 76 Years of Occupation), Ruwaibidah Rulers Gather Again to Continue their Rhetoric and Betrayal

Exactly one year after Arab and Muslim rulers gathered to discuss the Palestinian issue following the October 7 tragedy, they reconvene in the same place, with the same person, addressing the same problem, and finally issuing the same resolutions! Over 50 Muslim state leaders attended the Arab-Islamic Summit on 11/11/2024, including the Malaysian Prime Minister. Predictably, stale proposals were presented, and the Summit concluded with equally stale resolutions. The most these rulers offer is condemnation of Gaza's genocide by 'Israel' and appeals to the United Nations (UN)—the very organization responsible for the birth of the criminal Jewish entity.

We are exhausted by the empty rhetoric of these Ruwaibidah rulers. They meet in opulence and grandeur while Gaza faces unparalleled destruction, suffering, and starvation—unfolding before their very eyes. It is not ignorance of the real solution to the Palestinian issue that hinders them but a deliberate refusal to act. Their discussions on aiding victims serve as mere posturing, projecting concern for Muslims while allowing the predator (the Jews) to terrorize and kill its prey (the Muslims). The solution to Palestine is clear that is eliminating the oppressors through Jihad Fi Sabilillah (fighting in the cause of Allah), and these rulers are capable of mobilizing their armies but are afflicted with spiritual malaise and lack the will to act. Allah (swt) addresses their condition:

[وَلَوْ أَرَادُوا الْخُرُوجَ لَأَعَدُّوا لَهُ عُدَّةً وَلَٰكِنْ كَرِهَ اللَّهُ انْبِعَاثَهُمْ فَثَبَّطَهُمْ وَقِيلَ اقْعُدُوا مَعَ الْقَاعِدِينَ]

“And if they had intended to go forth, they would have prepared for it [some] preparation. But Allah disliked their being sent, so He kept them back, and they were told, “Remain [behind] with those who remain” [At-Tawbah (9): 46].

The power lies in their hands; they could mobilize their armies with a single command if they wanted to, yet they choose inaction. Instead, they serve as “protectors” of the criminal Jewish entity, ensuring its survival. They meticulously prevent a single soldier, a bomb, a fighter jet, a tank or even one bullet under their control from reaching 'Israel.' They avoid even uttering the word "Jihad" against 'Israel.' This is the extent of their “protection” of the criminal entity.

It is undeniable that both America and the UN protect the Jewish entity. However, without the "intensive care" of the Ruwaibidah rulers, this criminal entity would have long since disappeared from the world map. As a scholar rightly noted, 'Israel' is a shadow of the Arab regimes; its demise is tied to theirs. Today, 'Israel' is not only the shadow of Arab regimes but also of all Muslim rulers! These Ruwaibidah rulers are the true "iron dome" of 'Israel'! Their gatherings, which never aim to liberate Palestine, are blatant betrayals of Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw), the believers, and the Blessed Land of Palestine, carried out shamelessly. The words of the Messenger of Allah (saw) resonate with truth: «إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحْيِ فَاصْنَعْ مَا شِئْتَ» “If you feel no shame, then do as you wish” [Al-Bukhari].

O Muslims! Your rulers feign defending Palestine, yet simultaneously safeguarding 'Israel'. Indeed, there is no goodness in such rulers. We hereby wish to reiterate for umpteenth time, that the only way to help our brothers and sisters in Gaza and liberate the entire Blessed Land of Palestine is through the mobilization of the Muslim armies, both near and far, responding to the commands of Allah (swt); marching with Takbir and Tahmid; carrying the flag of the Messenger (saw); with one purpose and cause that is to fight the Jews and restore the land of Isra' and Mi'raj to its rightful owner. This is the one and only solution for Palestine—not through summits, boycotts, ceasefires, UN assistance, let alone the rhetoric of the Ruwaibidah rulers.

O Muslim armies!Your obligation toward Palestine is immense, and so are the associated rewards and sins. You know your rulers will not lead you to action. If you obey them and turn away from Allah's command to perform Jihad, you will bear great sin and humiliation. But if you turn away from these rulers and obey Allah, your reward and glory will be immense. We call upon you repeatedly and we will never give up calling—give your Nussrah (material support) to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Righteous Caliphate upon the method of the Prophethood. The Caliph will move you and lead you with courage to defeat the Jews, liberate the Blessed Land of Palestine, and achieve one of the two promised glories - victory or martyrdom.

[قُلْ هَلْ تَرَبَّصُونَ بِنَا إِلَّا إِحْدَى الْحُسْنَيَيْنِ وَنَحْنُ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمْ أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمُ اللهُ بِعَذَابٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ أَوْ بِأَيْدِينَا فَتَرَبَّصُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ مُتَرَبِّصُونَ]

“Say, “Are you (the enemy) awaiting anything to befall us except one of the two best things (victory or martyrdom)? But we are awaiting Allah to afflict you with torment either from Him or at our hands. So, keep waiting! We too are waiting with you” [At-Tawbah (9): 52].
