Tuesday the 21st of December, the Court of Cassation issued a verdict endorsing the imprisonment of both brothers, Abdullah Ar-Raashid and Abdul Aziz Al-Munayyis for a period of three years and four months enforced imprisonment and labour. This was for what it considered to be the charge for affiliation with Hizb ut Tahrir which the public prosecution considers to be a proscribed group whose thoughts are established upon the Takfeeri ideas that is anti-State and calls for disobeying its authority and bringing down the fundamental systems through illegitimate means!
