Trump hit EU steel and aluminum with import tariffs at the start of June, and European Union countries unanimously backed a plan, on the 14th of June, to impose tariffs on $3.3 billion worth of U.S. products. The following day, Trump called French President Emmanuel Macron to push the European Union to negotiate trade barrier reductions, but the EU has ‘closed the door’ on negotiations.

The 14th General Election in Malaysia has just ended on 09/05/2018 which marked a momentous history of the country. The 61-year rule of Barisan Nasional (BN) had collapsed and now replaced by a new coalition of Pakatan Harapan (PH) led by the ex-Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad. He is now the Prime Minister of Malaysia for a second time at the age of 92.
