An increase of questions are being asked by people these days, that when Allah bless us by establishing the Islamic state, Khilafah "Caliphate" according to the method of the Prophet. How will we be able to rule by Islam, and we know that Islam has to be implemented completely from the first days. So what are the decisions and procedures and the practical steps that must be taken immediately after the announcement of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate"? And what is our role as members in this group in a country situated in the area of the Khilafah "Caliphate"? Once declared, by the will of Allah...

Matters have their own times, so do not be hasty, the Shabaab are prepared in general for this matter since the ideas and concepts of the Hizb and what is mentioned in its books concerning the Systems and the Constitution... and the method they are following, all that insures that the members are prepared for this matter by the will of Allah, this is in general. As for the specifics, they will be at that time InshAllah, and may Allah reward you for your concern and protection.
