A delegation of people and dignitaries and rebels of the countryside of Sahel and the bridge of Shughur in rural Idlib West, along with the dignitaries of the East Ghouta evacuees deliver a message to the Turkish army through the Turkish observation point in the Sahel (Ishtabraq).
