A report has been made by the many Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Syria entitled, "Victory demands the Khilafah "Caliphate" at the Borders of Aleppo" regarding the conflict at the Aleppo borders with the reality of Khilafah "Caliphate" or a Civil State in response to the Arab Satellite claim between the supporters of a Khilafah "Caliphate" or civil state.
