Hizb ut Tahrir / The Blessed Land (Palestine) held a public conference in Qalqilya to mark the ninety third anniversary of the demolition of the Khilafah "Caliphate".

The conference was part of the events announced by the Hizb to be held throughout most cities in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and the Aqsa Mosque, under the slogan "Al-Aqsa Mosque Cries out for the Ummah and its Armies to Establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" and Liberate the Blessed Land".

The lecturers focused on the close connection between Khilafah "Caliphate" and Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Brother Burhan Samman spoke of the history of the relationship of Khilafah "Caliphate" with Palestine since the journey of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and the incident of Isra, and the conquest of Jerusalem and the Umari era through the battle of Hittin and the liberation of Jerusalem by Saladin. Then the battle named Goliath and the end position of the Ottoman Empire, particularly Sultan Abdul Hamid who refused to surrender an inch of Palestine. The lecturer stressed the need to establish a Khilafah "Caliphate" which will liberate Palestine.

Then Brother Abu Anas recited a poem in memory of the Khilafah "Caliphate" presenting the damage of Al Aqsa Mosque and its path for rescue.

Then Engineer Baher Salih, member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land of Palestine spoke about political intrigue and the media on the issue of Khilafah "Caliphate" and the fact that they overlook the true nature of the Khilafah "Caliphate" project as the way for the true liberation of Palestine citing numerous examples and evidence of this conspiracy.

Two more speeches were given speaking of the nature of the Palestine issue. Alaa Abu Saleh, member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir, emphasized that this conference is to usher the Hizb's conferences and public events in Palestine, and that these activities draw on the strength of the Muslims and their armies for the establishment of the Caliphate and the liberalization of the blessed land.
