Propagation of Any Kufr Religion is Not Allowed in the Khilafah

Article 20 of the Constitution of Pakistan is consistent with British secular law and clearly declares, “Subject to law, public order and morality:-(a) every citizen shall have the right to profess, practice and propagate his religion.” In an Islamic state, people of other religions are allowed to privately practice, within the limits of not disrupting the Islamic public order. Islam does not allow any false religion to be propagated to mislead people. Under the current secular constitution, the courts grant protection to Christians, Hindus and Qadianis to preach their religion. The constitution of Pakistan is based on secular a structure and secular principles, about which the Muslims of Pakistan have been deceived by giving them a garb of Islam. Only the Khilafah Rashidah will protect Islam, Muslims and its sanctuaries.

American World Order Deprives Pakistan of Water

On 26 February, “The Times of India” reported that “The flow of water from Ravi river to has been completely halted with the completion of the Shahpur Kandi barrage… Shahpur Kandi barrage is situated on the border of Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir.” Under the American world order, the World Bank had enforced the Indus Water Treaty between Pakistan and India, depriving Pakistan of three rivers. Now India is depriving Pakistan of the portion of water guaranteed by the Indus Water Treaty, by building dam after dam on the Chenab River. Despite Pakistan’s continuous complaints, the World Bank is not stopping India from this violation. The American world order is rigged against Muslims. Only the Islamic world order enforced by the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood can solve our problems.

We Must Firm Our Resolve for Jihad Against the Hindu State

On 27 February, the army’s media wing, the ISPR, stated that, “we shall continue to emphasise the importance of peaceful coexistence with our neighbours,” on the fifth anniversary of Operation Swift Retort. The Hindu State forcibly annexed Occupied Kashmir on 5 August 2019. It has martyred tens of thousands. It has injured hundreds of thousands. It has raped and molested thousands of chaste Muslim women. It incites mischief in Baluchistan and the tribal areas. Maintaining restraint and a peaceful stance with such a hostile enemy can never secure us. Allah ﷻ says,

[وَاَخۡرِجُوۡهُمۡ مِّنۡ حَيۡثُ اَخۡرَجُوۡكُمۡ‌]

“Expel them from wherever they expelled you.” [TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:191].  The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will end oppression, through organized Jihad by the armed forces.

It Has Been a Hundred Years Since We Lost Our Khilafah and We Will See No Change Until We Re-Establish It

Is it not now clear to us that there will be no change under Democracy in Pakistan, neither in the current seventy-seven years nor in the next seventy-seven years? The inhabitants of the heavens and the earth have been witness to the greatness of Islam in the era of the Khilafah. It is the ruling by Islam that led legions of people to embrace Islam. It is the ruling by all that Allah ﷻ has revealed that compelled the Khilafah to mobilize our armies in response to the cries of the oppressed, liberating our lands if they fell under occupation and opening new lands to the light of Islam. It has been a hundred years since the destruction of the Khilafah, O Muslims, so work with Hizb ut Tahrir to restore it!

Establish Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, So That the Crimes of the Jews End

The Foreign Office of Pakistan has strongly condemned the massacre of more than 100 starving Muslims in Gaza, on 29 February, at the hands of the armed forces of the Jewish entity, whilst they waited to receive aid.  The current American world order restrains Pakistan, despite it being a nuclear power. It only allows Pakistan to condemn the worst atrocities against Muslims. It forbids Pakistan from mobilizing its armed forces to end the atrocities. Establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood to end the American world order and to mobilize armies in support of Gaza. Allah (swt) said,

[وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ]

"If they seek your support regardung Deen, it is your obligation to support them." [TMQ Surah al Anfaal 8:72]

Shahbaz Sharif's False Promises of Development Confirm There is Only a Change of Faces

On 3 March 2024, Shehbaz Sharif was selected as the 24th Prime Minister of Pakistan for a second term. Democratic elections are decided in drawing rooms, with final approval from Washington. Elections only allow changes in the faces of the American colonialist Raj. In his first term, Shahbaz Sharif punished the people. He handed over the people's hard earned money to local and international moneylenders, through usurious payments. He is preparing a worse punishment now with the International Monetary Fund. So it is not surprising that the people did not celebrate. The only solution to the problems of Pakistan is the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.

24 Sha'ban 1445 AH - 05 March 2024 CE

The New Government of Pakistan Will Crush Pakistan with the Blessings of America and Its Agents in the Military Leadership

On 4 March 2024, the spokesman for the US State Department stated, “democratic Pakistan is critical to United States-Pakistan interests, and our engagement with new Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his government will continue to focus on advancing these shared interests.” America remains in full control of Pakistan through its agents in the military leadership. Pakistan will be crushed economically by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), with huge interest payments. Pakistan will be humiliated regarding its security, through normalization withe the Hindu State, to ensure Indian regional dominance. It is upon the Muslims of Pakistan to demand that their sons in the armed forces uproot the traitors in their leadership and grant Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.
