We Need an Islamic Judiciary, Not a Reformed British Colonialist One
The Ministry of Law and Justice conducted a six-day training course from 23 September onwards. It was to promote the use of alternative dispute resolution methods. Due to implementation of the British colonialist judiciary, swift and affordable justice is not available. We need an Islamic judiciary and not just a reformed colonialist judiciary. Islam's complete implementation will ensure justice is delivered, swiftly and without cost. Allah ﷻ said,
[وَمَنۡ لَّمۡ يَحۡكُمۡ بِمَاۤ اَنۡزَلَ اللّٰهُ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوۡنَ]
“And whoever does not rule according to all that Allah has revealed, such are the oppressors.” (TMQ Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:45). The Shariah method, for the implementation of the Islamic judiciary, is the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. So let us abolish democracy and establish Khilafah.

The State Needs More Resource Allocation than Spending Cuts
On 2 October 2023, the Cabinet Committee on Economic Recovery called for a plan to freeze salaries, pensions and allowances, to cut spending by 1,400 billion rupees. Be it America or Europe or Pakistan, governments everywhere are cutting costs. This is due to the capitalist economic system’s concept of freedom of ownership. It prevents the state from utilizing the public resources, such as minerals, oil and gas. It prevents the state from playing a key role in heavy industries, such as machinery manufacture, vehicle production, aviation, railways and shipping. It forces the state to hand them over to the private sector. Thus, the state is always facing shortage of resources. The economic system of Islam provides rich financial resources to the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. It declares minerals, oil and gas as public property. It ensures a key role of the state in heavy industries.

The Solution to the Problem of Expensive Electricity is to Declare This Sector As Public Ownership
According to a report on 2 October 2023, despite repeated tariff hikes, the circular debt of the power sector is increasing. The government is also taking steps to recover capacity charges through fixed charges in the electricity bills. The capitalist system does not protect the interests of the people. It only protects the interests of the capitalist elite. The root of the problem is the handing over the power sector to the private sector. There are also cruel contracts that allow the power plant owners to make a profit in all circumstances. Islam has declared the power sector as public property. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, المُسْلِمُونَ شُرَكاءُ فِي ثلاثٍ : فِي الكلأِ ، وَالمَاءِ ، وَالنَّارِ “Muslims are partners in three things; water, pastures and fire (energy)” [Ahmed]. The Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will provide cheap electrical power to the people, by making the power sector public property.

The Muslim Air Forces Must Fight to Liberate Palestine, Not Engage in Exercises
The Pakistan Air Force inaugurated a 14-nation multinational air exercise “Indus Shield 2023” on 8 October 2023. Of the fourteen participating air forces, twelve are from Muslim Lands. They are Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Egypt, Oman, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Morocco, Uzbekistan and Pakistan. These exercises are occurring whilst the Muslims of Palestine faced aerial bombardment from the Jewish entity. If ten planes from each of these twelve Muslim air forces, a total of 120 planes, attacked as one formation, the Jewish air force will be forced to retreat. It is not the time for military exercises. It is the time for open war against the Jewish entity. However, military mobilization is not possible under the presence of the treacherous rulers. They must be removed and the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood must be established.

The Muslims of Palestine Need Muslim Armed Forces, Not the International Community
The President of Pakistan on 8 October 2023 urged the international community to solve the conflict in Palestine. On 7 October, the brave youth of Palestine inflicted a heavy blow on the Jewish entity. Even such acts of heroism, with limited resources, did not revive the dead hearts of the rulers of Muslims. As the Commander-in-Chief of the Pakistan Army, it is an obligation on the President to order the Pakistan Army to defeat the forces of the Jewish entity, without delay. The coming Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood will mobilize Muslim forces to liberate the entirety of the Blessed Land of Palestine. The Ummah impatiently demands the support of the Salahudins of our time, just as an ailing father demands the support of his most pious and dutiful son.

Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa Calls Pakistan Army!
The first military commander of the Islamic Ummah, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ declared, مَا تَرَكَ قَوْمٌ الْجِهَادَ إلاّ ذُلّوا “No people abandon Jihad except that they are humiliated.” [Ahmad]. O Pakistan’s Armed Forces! O Army Officers! O Sons of Salahudin! Abstaining from Jihad has left us humiliated. The Hindu State occupied Kashmir. A whole wing of the country was turned against the state. In the 1980s, the honor of the armed forces was lost and the Muslims became helpless. Arise, exit the barracks, to march on the path of honor, the path of victory and martyrdom. Today’s Ain Jalut is in front of you. Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa is awaiting your Takbiraat of victory. Heal the hearts of the believers again through Jihad in the Path of Allah ﷻ.

Pakistan’s Rulers Spared No Effort for America’s Crusade, But Do Not Move for Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa
The rulers of Pakistan sacrificed over 100,000 Muslims for America’s crusade. They lost more than 250 billion dollars from the economy. They caused chaos in the country. They destroyed the structure of the society. However, when Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa calls for support, these rulers are not even ready to mobilize just two divisions of the army. O Pakistan’s Armed Forces! Rid yourselves of this treacherous leadership. It normalizes with the Jewish occupation and restrains you from performing your true obligation. Seize the honor of praying in Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa as victors, by defeating the cowardly troops of the Jews.
