A Message from the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir
to those Protective of the Dawah
(Translated)
Praise be to Allah and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family and Companions and those who follow him,
To all those who have sent messages to me through the [Facebook] page, denouncing those black writings through the internet...
To all those who wrote to me, denouncing the writings of the group of the ‘Nakithin’ (those who broke the oath) and those who left (the party) and those who are being disciplined....
To all who wrote to me; denouncing those unsound writings by the one who was overtaken by his arrogance...
To all those who have sent to me, bewildered how it is possible for these people and their supporters to succumb to this level...
To you all, I greet you with the greetings of Islam:
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakatuh
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
It is not strange that there are such types of people and their supporters, as long as there is good and evil in this world ... Such people have existed in the past and still exist today and are expected in the future as well. Some members of the Hizb’s Leadership Committee have left the party in protest against the approach of the founding Ameer Abu Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him). And during the time of the second Ameer Abu Yusuf (may Allah have mercy on him), some members of the Ameer’s office broke the oath. And today, men, who have prominence and weight because of the Hizb, have deviated, they failed the party, they were given status by the Hizb but they decided to adhere to this world.
{وَلَكِنَّهُ أَخْلَدَ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ وَاتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ} “...but he adhered [instead] to the earth and followed his own desire.” [Al-A’raf: 7:176]
Their deviation was not just any deviation; rather they betrayed the trust and falsified the facts. After having committed a significant sin by betraying the property of the orphan, their chief says: I have returned the price of the house - as if he is truthful - but he says not to the owner of the house, but to the man who is punished and not even incorporated in the Hizb! ... as if the owner of the house is unknown and did not approach him repeatedly on this subject! Is that not most astonishing?
And one of them asks him that is it not enough for the Ameer to apologize to you and he answers to him that is not enough! Thus they lie to themselves before they lie to Allah; as if there is an offer of apology! They are proceeding on the path of dark propaganda. They repeatedly lie, lest they find blind people, in sight and foresight, who will believe them. One of them said: The Ameer sent a circular to the members to write to Facebook to close down the page of that man. And another one of them replied with great assurance that this happened and the page was closed. As if the Ameer was shaken by that horrid page or even opened it! This is the way they fabricate.
As for the peg upon which they hang their violations and fabrications is “accountability”. As if it is absent and it is not seen or heard! “Accountability” (process) is detailed in the administrative file; some of those who have contributed in outlining it have violated it. But there is another body above the accounting phase, it is Diwan of Mathalim (Board of Grievances), it is managed by devout and pious men, fearing none of the blame only fearing Allah (swt), and we do not commend any one to Allah. Accountability and Mathalim (grievances) are established, denied only by the wretched, and their integrity is denied only by devils of mankind and Jinn ... Yet they do not take heed or desist. This man then threatens: that he is now directing words to the Ameer dripping water on the Internet (softly threatening), but later he will speak words dripping of burning stones. This is how they threaten. He does not realize that those who are more powerful than him and those in number and more united did not affect the Hizb or any free and decent official in it ... So they threaten...
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As I mentioned earlier, it is not strange that there are such people. Any time that saw a call of truth, saw the presence of such insignificant people. They speak lies, fabricate and claim that they stand on the right, but is unfounded. When they see the people of truth standing firm, upholding it, their hearts fill with rage. And when they see support for the people of Truth and acceptance by the Ummah, their hearts fill with scheming and cunning. But if they see the harshness of the oppressors against the people of Truth, they rejoice and impose their slander on them, thinking that they are influencing them, and drive them away from the truth that they uphold.
{إِنْ تَمْسَسْكُمْ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْ وَإِنْ تُصِبْكُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ يَفْرَحُوا بِهَا وَإِنْ تَصْبِرُوا وَتَتَّقُوا لَا يَضُرُّكُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ مُحِيطٌ...
“If good touches you, it distresses them; but if harm strikes you, they rejoice at it. And if you are patient and fear Allah, their plot will not harm you at all. Indeed, Allah is encompassing of what they do” [Al-i-Imran: 120].
Dear Brother and Sisters,
These dark pages will not stop as long as there is good and evil in this world as I mentioned above. The people of evil want to occupy us with their venom and slander. If we are preoccupied with them, they will succeed, and if we reject their pages, like disposing of a rotten seed, and do not pay attention to them, we will foil their actions and they will have died in their rage. Here, I do not want to prevent you from acquaintance with these dark pages, instead I neither order you nor forbid you.
However, what I order you emphatically is that do not send me any of those dark pages. I want to occupy myself with advancing in the good and straightened path, so that the caravan carrying the torch of light which heralds its abode, the Khilafah Rashidah by the permission of Allah at the time that Allah has prescribed and fixed. And for every matter is its determination... I pray to Allah (swt) that this will be near.
{إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا}
“Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent” [At-Talaq: 3]
In conclusion, you, my brothers and sisters, were a protective barrier against these grim writings and blind fabrications. I have been told that you were the men of men, who only gain more strength in adversaries, and are not affected by tribulations and crisis, but it only increase your determination and resolve ... You are the men of men who were like those that Allah (swt) described:
{الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ* فَانْقَلَبُوا بِنِعْمَةٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍ لَمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوءٌ وَاتَّبَعُوا رِضْوَانَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَظِيمٍ}...
“Those to whom hypocrites said, "Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them." But it [merely] increased them in faith, and they said, "Sufficient for us is Allah, and [He is] the best Disposer of affairs* So they returned with favour from Allah and bounty, no harm having touched them. And they pursued the pleasure of Allah, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty" [Al-i-Imran: 173-174]
In closing, I would like to emphasize what I have said above: Do not send me anything from those dark pages and do not panic from the slanders, nor of their anticipated escalation, because Allah, the Most Mighty (Al-Qawi) and Most Powerful (Al-Aziz), defends His faithful worshipers
{إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُدَافِعُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ خَوَّانٍ كَفُورٍ}
“Indeed, Allah defends those who have believed. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone treacherous and ungrateful” [Al-Hajj: 38].
I ask Allah (swt) to shade us in this world with the shade of the Khilafah (Caliphate), so that we will be its witnesses and soldiers, and that we will remain in the Hereafter in His (swt) shade, when there is no shade but His shade, in a seat of honor near the Sovereign, Perfect in Ability, and win in both worlds; indeed that is the greatest victory.
