Qatar: An Impartial Mediator or an Assigned US Contractor?

The Taliban’s Defense Ministry has announced that Acting Minister of Defense Moulavi Mohammad Yaqub Mujahid and Chief of Army Staff Qari Fasihuddin Fetrat have paid a visit to Qatar. The State-run news outlets have stated that Mujahid will discuss enhancement of bilateral relations and will also participate in the DIMDEX defense exhibition.

How is it acceptable for a Minister of War Affairs and the Chief of Amy Staff, who have kept waging Jihad against the US and NATO invasion for twenty years, to sit among those so-called defense ministers who have either directly fought against the Ummah or have helped maintain the American and other Western military bases in the Muslim soil or have paved ways for the spies and the operations of the crusade against the Muslim Ummah?!

In principle, the current disasters, dilemmas, weakness and backwardness of the Muslim Ummah are as a result of these very states, their armies and defense ministers. They are the ones who have been committing treason against the Ummah days and nights; conspire against the Ummah’s Mujahideen and political activists; prevent any uprising aimed at establishing the real Islamic State (the Rightly Guided Caliphate), and prevent the demolition of artificial national borders to be able to implement the heinous policies of the colonialists in Muslim lands. They are the ones who do not defend the Holy Sites, the honor, blood, wealth and soil of the Ummah, but are fully determined to secure the interests of colonialists – even can’t go to their beds and/or washrooms without the permission of their infidel masters. Therefore, in the presence of these states, the Muslim Ummah cannot take even one step towards regaining their pride and power. So, in order to liberate Palestine, Kashmir, East Turkestan, Shaam and other occupied lands, the Ummah should get rid of these despotic regimes, their national ideologies and enslavement.

After twenty years of war, waged by the Mujahid people of Afghanistan against US and NATO invasion, they suffered a humiliating defeat, and disgracefully withdrew from Afghanistan under the Doha Agreement. Following the shameful withdrawal, the colonialists lost their political, economic, military, intelligence and even cultural influence over this land and the Afghan people experienced the taste of freedom once again. But the US and its allies have repeatedly stressed that they should engage with the Taliban in order to make sure that there is no threat from Afghanistan to the outside world.

Such engagement of the US and the West as a whole, began in the face of carrot and stick policy and continues to this day. As per this policy, the UN, neighboring and regional countries as well as some Arab states are assigned with certain missions to engage with the Taliban within the framework of this policy. As part of this American policy, Qatar plays a more significant and fundamental role and the trip of the Acting Defense Minister and Chief of Army Staff to Doha is organized as part of this policy aimed particularly at impressing these young officials and be influenced of Western developments in the areas of military weaponries. By implementing this policy, the US aims to revitalize its political, economic, intelligence and cultural influence in Afghanistan and work with Taliban leaders in order to gradually dissolve (integrate) them into the US-led Western world order. It needs mentioning that the US and West have managed so far to secure their primary influence through UNAMA, international organizations and their economic support under the name of humanitarian aid.

Instead of acting as a pawn within the US policy, the Taliban leaders should boycott such invitations – for as much as they get close to the international community, the UN and the current despotic regimes of the Muslim lands, they will get themselves distant from the path of Allah (the Almighty), His Messenger PBUH and the believers. Because all regimes ruling over the Muslim lands are puppets of the US and the West with Qatar being the Darling of Washington – they are indeed the main enemies of the Muslim Ummah. They are the ones who pretend to be mediators; while indeed, they are the main contractors of the US, the West and other infidel countries and organizations to destroy the Ummah’s aspiration to Jihadi as well as their political capabilities. Under their rule, all limits and/or instructions set by Allah (swt) have been crossed, the sanctity of Holy Sites have been violated, the honor and dignity of the Ummah have been stepped over – the recent example is the ongoing slaughter and live genocide of the people of Gaza before the eyes of all these so-called Muslim countries.

These Mujahid officials must ask themselves why this Ummah of two billion are in such state of humiliation and insult?! Why are our red lines, holy sites and honor stepped over every day?! If they also happen to follow the footsteps of these despotic regimes, will we see any sign of hope at the end of tunnel for a positive change?! Even if they were to possess nuclear weapons, intercontinental missiles and other advanced weaponry, will they protect us from this Wahn (the affection to this world and fear of death)?! These despotic regimes have weaponry and machineries of every kind, but what they lack is independent will. Therefore, the Ummah needs those kinds of leaders who are free and independent; who have risen from among the Ummah; in whose veins the spirit of Islam, Jihad and alliance with the Islamic faith are flowing; who give comprehensive Nusrah (support) to this Deen by establishing the rightly-guided Caliphate, and once again bring about a system that focusses on the Muslim Ummah, their capabilities and their wealth instead of the international community, the UN and the current world order. A system that is no longer tied to the infidels and their puppets; one that implements only Islam in its internal affairs and foreign policy; one that unites the Ummah by destroying the despotic regimes by extending Islam to the rest of the world through Da’wah and Jihad.
