Uzbekistan Opens Taliban Embassy in Tashkent

News:

On 6 February, Radio Liberty news agency reported: "Sources in Kabul say that the Afghan embassy in Tashkent has been handed over to the Islamic Emirate. The Uzbek side has not yet provided official information on this matter. The Afghan AIP agency, citing its own sources, reported that the Islamic Emirate sent its representatives to Tashkent and an official ceremony was held.

Six months ago, the Afghan Foreign Ministry sent Maulavi Magfurullah Shahab to Tashkent as a representative of the Afghan Embassy. Two days ago, he was officially introduced to the embassy staff as an ambassador. Now he is in charge of official meetings and embassy affairs in Uzbekistan".

Comment:

The Uzbek authorities have recently intensified their meetings and co-operation with the Taliban authorities in Afghanistan. The official granting of an embassy in Tashkent is another step in this direction and recognising the legitimacy of the Taliban rule of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan and Uzbekistan have already signed co-operation in many economic projects. Last year, Uzbekistan signed an agreement with Afghanistan and Pakistan to build the Uzbekistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan railway. Uzbek President Sh. Mirziyoyev said: "The railway, which will pass through Afghanistan, will become the cheapest and safest way to South Asia." He also added: "If this project is realised together with the construction of the Uzbekistan-Kyrgyzstan-China railway, the country will not depend on anyone".

The authorities of Uzbekistan, being the Kremlin's proxies and having no ideological programme of their own, remain subordinate to Russia. Despite the huge natural wealth of the country, various investments and billion-dollar contracts, the people suffer from poverty, and the country's natural resources were plundered by colonisers and continue to be plundered. The people suffer in all spheres of human life as in social, economic, cultural, health and politics.

All these problems come from the system invented by a man, the system of capitalism, the ideas of democracy and secularism. The Muslims of the country are drowning in problems and misfortunes. The secular system of dictatorship, which the authorities of Uzbekistan are guided by, has brought nothing but misery to the Muslims of the country.

In turn, the Taliban, which came to power in Afghanistan more than two years ago, cannot solve the problems of the people, and like Uzbekistan, is increasingly falling into the trap of colonisers following their rules and laws. Despite the country's vast natural resources, the people of Afghanistan are also suffering from poverty and devastation. The West and Russia provide all kinds of agreements and gradually legitimise the Taliban, putting them to sleep, promising them a bright and peaceful future.

Islam is the only salvation from the woes of the capitalist system both for the Muslims of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. Islam, being a system for human life, solves all problems of a single person as well as of the whole society and state.

The revival of the second righteous state of Khilafah (Caliphate) based on the method of the Prophethood is the only right decision. Hizb ut Tahrir is based on Islam and has an ideological guidance and system for the life of the individual, society and the state. Join in the work of the revival of the Islamic way of life together with Hizb ut Tahrir! And may Allah help us!
