Comment:

The coming General Election is the 5th since the West brought their colonialist democratic politics of multi-parties in Kenya under the pretext of rescuing Kenya. Among the eight presidential candidates, the major battle will be between Raila Odinga (age 68) of the CORD (Coalition of Reforms and Democracy) coalition who sides with America and Uhuru Kenyatta (age 51) of the Jubilee Alliance. Uhuru is the son of late first President of Kenya, Jomo Kenyatta.

This election is eagerly awaited in and outside Kenya. Western countries, especially Britain and America, are closely monitoring this election. The main concern being the security situation and the question being asked is, will Kenya experience again deaths and post election violence as witnessed in 2007? Already, the nomination exercise was marred by violence in several towns.

Under all situations, important notes are:

Victory for one of the vying candidates will have no interests of the public at heart but they will continue to be milked by the elite rulers. Economic researches indicate that the coming government will cost the taxpayer Shs. 21.26 billion every year. The Kibaki government that is leaving office has burdened the public with a debt of 1.14 trillion! Most of the candidates served in the governments of Kibaki, Moi and Kenyatta which were full of corrupt deals. Therefore, none among them will care for the interests of the public as they promise in their campaigns. Their objective is to fill their stomachs as all of them are students of capitalism.

It won't be a surprise for this election to be marred by violence but it will be a confirmation of the Western lies that these politics will guarantee Africa peace, development and economic growth. The truth revealed that democracy is the source of political turmoil, poverty and other ills not only Kenya but in the whole of the African continent. Since democratic politicians are guided by interests, a principle that is valued by capitalism, it is no surprise then for them to kill as long as they obtain their objectives.

It is an open secret that there is angling between Britain and America for Kenyan resources. These countries employ politicians to be their agents so as to preserve the interests of their masters. Since oil has been discovered, then this duel will continue in Kenya until it is rescued by the Khilafah "Caliphate" state which is bound by the Islamic ideology that will end the colonialist politics that emanates from the evil Capitalist ideology.
