Pakistan's Regime Bows Before India, Whilst Surrendering Kashmir and Strengthening US hold of Afghanistan
Pakistan's regime went to participate in the 6th Heart of Asia Conference in Amritsar-India on 5th December 2016, even though India not only withdrew its participation from the SAARC conference scheduled in Pakistan earlier in November 2016, but also ensured that the conference was postponed by engaging other member states in a bid to isolate it. So participating in the Heart of Asia in India, from the beginning reflects Pakistan's bowing before India, surrendering Kashmir issue and strengthening the US installed puppet Kabul regime. The Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, in an interview with Indian Express in Amritsar a day before the Heart of Asia conference confirmed that Pakistan would not raise Kashmir or any bilateral issue with India at Heart of Asia, as “this is not the forum” for it, and reiterated that his presence in India was an indication that Pakistan was ready for bilateral talks. In compliance to the demands of India as endorsed by Washington, Pakistan's regime has not only withdrawn its support from Kashmir but is also weakening the case against Kulbashan Yadhav, an Indian agent allegedly caught spying in Baluchistan. As reported in Dawn 8 December, Sartaj Aziz in briefing to Senate committee said, “So far, we have just statements about the involvement of the Indian spy in terror activities in Pakistan,”
It is evident that Pakistan's current rulers are retreating and bowing down to Indian demands. Pakistan's regime is two faced: one face to deceive the public at home and the other to meekly comply with Washington's instruction to exercise restraint with India. So we see media filled with the regime's anti-India and pro-Kashmir rhetoric, but in reality the regime has been surrendering to Indian demands in compliance with US plans. The US wants India to dominate South Asia to counter China and the Islamic revival. So the US has been supporting India on strategic issues, enhancing military capabilities and helping it economically. And apart from its direct support, the US has granted India another facility by ensuring that Pakistan makes way for India's rise.
As for US puppet Afghanistan government, whose President is mocked as the Mayor of Kabul, due to his weak influence outside of the capital, it has been strengthened due to the US-dictated policy. Pakistan's regime has not only pledged to Afghanistan regime $500 million, but more significantly through its brutal military operations in the tribal belt, it has been crushed support to the Afghan resistance to the US occupation. So, it is Pakistan's rulers who have strengthened this US-installed puppet regime which does not represent the Muslims of Afghanistan. Moreover, the Mayor of Kabul has joined hands with India in lashing out at Pakistan and declaring to Modi that he should consider Afghanistan as a "second home." And to slap Pakistan in the face, Ashraf Ghani declared, “Pakistan has pledged $500m for Afghanistan's development. This amount can be spent to contain extremism."
Through alliance with the United States, successive military and political leaderships in Pakistan have brought humiliation to Muslims of Pakistan at every forum and every possible way. Pakistan is being strategically placed in a weaker and weaker position with every passing day. To halt the US plan of subjugation of Pakistan by India, the Muslims must establish the Khilafah "Caliphate". It is the Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood alone that will rally the Muslims on the basis of Islam. It will sever the hands of the American influence in the country and restore Islam's dominance over the Indian Subcontinent, as was the case for centuries. It will mobilize the Muslim armed forces to liberate the Muslims of Occupied Kashmir and end their suffering at the hand of the Hindu State. It will abolish the artificial Durand Line created between Afghanistan and Pakistan and will re-unify the Muslims on both sides of the colonialist created border. It will work for the unification of the Muslim World including Bangladesh and the Central Asian States. It will reach out to non-belligerent Muslim countries within SAARC that are tired of Indian arrogance in order to gain them to Islam. By doing so, the Khilafah "Caliphate" will ensure the supremacy of Islam and the failure of Kufr not only in the region but across the world. Allah (swt) said,
﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ﴾
“O you who believe! If you help in the cause of Allah, He will help you and strengthen your foothold.” [Surah Muhammad 47:7]
Democracy Punishes the Innocent
As reported in Dawn of 6 December 2016, the Supreme Court acquitted on 5 December yet another death-row convict after a decade of imprisonment on the grounds that his accomplices were set free by lower courts on the basis of the same evidence which was used against him. Unfortunately this is not just one of case where defendant had already served a long period of imprisonment before being acquitted. The below list of a few recent cases is tip of the iceberg, which re-iterate the fact that the long history of the judicial system in Pakistan has miserably failed in delivering “justice” to the public. On 3 December 2016 The Supreme Court stepped in on 2 December to correct the mistakes committed by the trial court and the high court, and acquitted a convict after 11 years of imprisonment. In another case a death-row convict was acquitted after 24years. In yet another shocking case in October 2016, the court acquitted two brothers in death case, but found out later that they have already been hanged earlier.
In Pakistan's current judiciary, any person who is being accused or on mere suspicion can be booked and arrested and can only be released later on courts order, if deemed appropriate. So from the start a person, if accused, will be imprisoned even if he or she is innocent. So how can justice ever be expected in this flawed system, when injustice takes precedence from start? In contrast, Islam deems every person is innocent until proven guilty after thorough scrutiny. Therefore, in Khilafah "Caliphate" system no one will be arrested until proven guilty and burden of proof will be on the plaintiff. Al-Bayhaqii related with Sahih chain of authorities: The Prophet (saaw) said, «البينة على المدعي، واليمين على من أنكر» “The proof lies with the plaintiff and that of the oath lies with the defendant.” In Pakistan's current judiciary, the court then transfers a person to “Physical Remand” under the care of the police, where different types of tortures techniques are used on the accused to extract confessions, draconian measures which are well documented in various human rights reports. In contrast, in Islam, not only is torture strictly forbidden but anyone found guilty will be subjected to punishment as per Shariah. Muslim narrated in his Sahih from Hisham ibn Hakim ibn Hizam, He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (saaw) who said:
«إِنَّ اللهَ يُعَذِّبُ الَّذِينَ يُعَذِّبُونَ فِي الدُّنْيَا» “Allah would torture those who torture people in this world.” Accordingly, Hizb ut Tahrir in Article 13 of the Introduction to the Constitution has adopted that, “Every individual is innocent until proven guilty. No person shall be punished without a court sentence. Torturing is absolutely forbidden and whoever inflicts torture on anyone shall be punished.”
The root of the current judiciary's failure lies in Democracy, which gives the right of legislation to humans. The corruption of Democracy by design is not that the people by-pass its laws, but that the humans have been given the right to legislate. In this system, it is human beings who according to their whims and desires deem something as just now, but will proclaim it later to be unjust. In Islam, the Khaleefah does not have the right to legislate according to whims and desires and so each and every law must be derived from the Quran and the Sunnah. Allah (swt) has revealed,
[وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلاَ مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمْ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ]
“It is not befitting for a believing man or woman to have any choice in a matter, when it has been decided upon by Allah and His Messenger.” [Surah Al-Ahzab 33:36]. And Allah (swt) said,
﴿وَأَنِ ٱحْكُم بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ وَٱحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ﴾
“And judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires, and beware (O Muhammad) that they might seduce you from some of what Allah has sent down to you.” [Surah Al-Maaida 5:49]. The Muslims of Pakistan must abolish this oppressive Democracy and establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) upon the Method of the Prophethood, which will ensure that justice is delivered to all and the innocent are not subjected to any Injustice.
New Military Command Must Seal US Consulate in Karachi
Chief of the Army Staff Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa assured the people of Karachi on 14 December that the change of military command would not affect the Karachi operation as more “efforts will be made to consolidate the gains achieved so far” for peace in the metropolis.
The operations in Karachi were started under General Raheel in 2013 because of America demands operations in Karachi, for it has a great role in the Jihad against the Americans in Afghanistan. Karachi has the world's largest population of Pushtoon, more than even Kabul or Peshawar, who have strong relations with the fighting Pushtoon of the tribal areas. Since Pakistan's formation, Karachi is a grand center for the teaching of Islam and all its obligations, including Jihad against the Kuffar. That is why America's agents in Pakistan's leadership have launched an extensive and long campaign in Karachi and imposed a draconian law that gives legal cover for abduction, the Pakistan Protection Ordinance. They claim their actions are against kidnappers, extortionists and target killers, but they are actually a cover to assassinate, abduct, arrest or silence those who either fight or call for Jihad against America, including several key fighter commanders and Ulema.
Throughout its tenure the Raheel-Nawaz regime limited itself to US approved operations, even though to end the bloodshed in Karachi only requires a few days, by sealing the American consulate in Karachi and rounding up the personnel of America's Raymond Davis network, which supervises and funds chaos throughout Pakistan. It is the duty of the new military command to undertake its duty to strike at the head of the snake. Practically that can only be realized by the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Method of the Prophethood, because Islam alone mandates dealing with the United States as a hostile state. Only then will the Muslims be led by a Khaleefah Rashid, who will conduct the operation that is actually required, the obliteration of the poisonous American presence within Pakistan and Afghanistan. «إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ» “Indeed the Imam is a shield, you fight under him and you are protected by him.”
