The Houthi Authorities’ Arrest of the Da’wah Carriers from the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir is a Crime in which they will accounted for before Al-Aziz Al-Jabbar
(Translated)

On Thursday, October 23, 2022, the Houthi authorities in Morocco arrested Ustaadh Muhammad Musaad Al-Warafi (57 years), one of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir from Al-Hikma Mosque in Ibb Governorate, after he delivered a speech in which he explained the Draft Constitution for the Khilafah (Caliphate) State that the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave its good tidings when he said: «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»“Then there will be Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood.” So has the call of Muslims to restore an Islamic way of life and liberation from the bondage of the West, its regimes and its agents, become a crime whose perpetrator deserves imprisonment, O you who claim the Qur’anic path?!

The distinguished Professor Muhammad Musaad Al-Warafi is known among the people in the city of Ibb for his call and his work with Hizb ut Tahrir, and he is one of the dawah carriers who have dedicated themselves to this matter and who merge night and day to work for the unification of the Islamic Ummah and the establishment of Allah’s rule on earth by resuming the Islamic life despite the plots of the oppressors, Allah (swt) says:

[وَاللَّهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]

“Allah’s Will always prevails, but most people do not know.” [Yusuf 12:21]. Those authorities were stripped of any values and morals by arresting Professor Muhammad Musaad Al-Warafi in one of the Houses of Allah in which the origin was that whoever entered it was safe, and also his illness, disability and old age did not intercede for him with them, in addition to that he was giving a concept after the Maghrib prayer to explain to people the draft constitution for the Khilafah State.

It is shameful, sinful, and criminal that the supporters of the call to Islam are arrested, with what excuse will you, O criminals, when you meet the Glorious Allah tomorrow, on a day when neither money nor children will benefit?! By doing this, you have declared war on Allah, His Deen, and the supporters of His call!

Hizb ut Tahrir is known and not unknown, its roots are in the depths and its branches are in the horizons, and it has been working among and with the Ummah since 1953. It is present today in more than 40 countries around the world and has an integrated approach for the next Islamic State, drawn from Islamic culture with the strength of evidence, it calls on the people of Yemen and all Muslims to work with him to fulfill the promise of Allah Almighty and the glad tidings of his Messenger (saw), to break from dependence on the Kufr (infidel) West and establish a political entity for all Muslims, so that people can enjoy a decent life in the shadow of the justice of Islam, and with the approval of Allah, and in the Hereafter with a paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous.
