Houthi Militias Continue to Arrest a Member of Hizb ut Tahrir and Prevent his Family from Visiting Him
(Translated)

The Houthi militia continues to arrest Brother Abdullah Ahmad Naji, 39, who was arrested from his workplace in the Zaila’i area of the Damanh Khadeer district of Ta’iz province. This was about four months ago following the distribution of a leaflet titled "Conflicting Parties are Leading the People of Yemen from Fire to Fire, to Serve the Colonists ... O People of Yemen, Beware of the Fire of the Lord of the Worlds”.

The families of the detainee and his parents are following up his case to free him from the prison of this militia, but they lie again and again about releasing him soon, and they delay this as they usually do because they are not ashamed in front of Allah nor from people despite raising the slogan of the Qur’anic March, which it claims. Their actions are far away from Islam.

They did so despite the fact that Hizb ut Tahrir does not call for fighting and sedition; rather, it calls for stopping it and returning to Shariah, using thoughts to convey to the people its ideas. It does not carry arms in the face of society and does not carry out material acts as a method of change. Hizb ut Tahrir does not differentiate between Muslims in Yemen and other Muslim countries on the basis of sectarian or doctrinal or clans or regional basis. It accounts and exposes all those who violate Islam, adhering to the Shariah method of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). The party addresses all parties to refer to the laws of Islam and work to establish a rightly guided state that will unite them, the Khilafah state (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood. Despite all this, this militia arrests and harasses the Dawah carriers, members of Hizb ut Tahrir. The work for Islam and the call to refer to it and the work to establish the rightly guided Khilafah on the method of Prophethood have become a crime punishable by these militias through arrest and pursuit. Worse still is that they prevent the families from visiting the detainees and they hide them forcibly without trial. The militias feed the detainees bad food in prisons where diseases spread and they lack the most basic elements of life!!

These militias should realize that conditions change and that injustice will perish and will have its repercussions. They must release all the innocent and unjustly detained prisoners from their criminal detentions, especially the callers to Islam, who have no weapon but the weapon of thought and doctrine to confront their arrogance; which gives them sleepless nights. These militias have already released many of those who took part in the fighting against them, but they did not release the Dawah Carriers from Hizb ut Tahrir because their “weapons” are exposing them and exposing all the conflicting parties in Yemen, and revealing their false fabricated project by hiding behind Islam falsely.

We remind these militias on the 94th anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah state, on the 3^rd of March 1924, that Hizb ut Tahrir will remain steadfast upon its ideology, following the path of Prophet Muhammad (saw) despite the difficulty and the lack of support and the increasing harassment and arrests of its members throughout the world until it reaches its objective of establishing the rightly guided Khilafah on the method of Prophethood again, and it is easy for Allah (swt) to accomplish.
