The Political Council, Its Deceitful Promises and the Supposed Amnesty!
(Translated)

The Militias of the Houthis and Ali Saleh are still detaining the member of Hizb ut Tahrir Sheikh Hussein An-Nasr (Abu Bilal) who suffers from diabetes (may Allah cure him, grant him recovery and free him and all the oppressed from their distress). He has been in detention since the 13th of Dhul Qa’dah 1437 AH (16/08/2016 CE) in the ‘Amran province following false accusations and nonsensical suspicions in the case where they are accusing the Hizb of having a relationship with the IS organisation or Jubhat An-Nusrah which is currently called Fatah Ash-Shaam. This is a matter that the Hizb denies completely and utterly. That is because Hizb ut Tahrir is a global political party that strives for the resumption of the Islamic life via the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" State upon the methodology of the Prophethood. This work is taken in accordance to the method of the Messenger (saw) in respect to how he established the first Islamic State in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. It is a method that it does not divert from a hair’s breadth and that is because the Messenger (saw) did not take up arms against the society, he did not undertake assassinations, make deals with the prevailing systems or pander to them in his method to establish the state of Islam, rather he exposed them and worked to bring them down. He did not participate or share in the ruling or accept a partial rule just as he didn’t accept the offers presented to him and enticements even if it meant that he would take over the rule completely but at the expense of the ideology of Islam as an Aqeedah (belief) and system. The Hizb adopted the method of the noble Prophet (saw) in proceeding towards its aim. And so it met the same kind of reception that the Da’wah of the Prophet (saw) met in terms of blocking, opposition, lies, torture, distortion, incitement and prosecution... That’s in addition to other malicious and dirty styles that seek to uproot the Da’wah and its carriers.

Despite the Houthis and Ali Saleh having announced the decision for a general amnesty on Tuesday the 20th of September 2016 via the Political Council formed by a partnership between them which included a general amnesty for their opponents which supported the alliance led by Saudi in the war in Yemen, they abandoned that. Even though Hizb ut Tahrir has condemned this war and infighting, whether internally of externally, the decision of the general amnesty has not yet been implemented and many of those who were arrested oppressively and with nonsensical charges have not been released. However, despite that and at the same time many of those who were facing criminal and corruption charges have been let free!!

The consequences of oppression are fatal and verily Allah is Ever Watchful over those who fight His Da’wah and are hostile to His Awliyaa. These are the days in which everyone who claims that he is against oppression is exposed to be an ally to the oppressors and a tool for corruption!!

Hizb ut Tahrir will not be swayed or diverted by the plots, conspiracies, prisons or detention centres and will remain, by the permission of Allah, a sincere advisor to the Ummah and working alongside it to accomplish the complete revival via the path of the establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood. Verily tomorrow is not far off and Allah is the source of help and reliance and upon Him we depend.
