Once Again Al-Baji Caid Al-Sebsi Fails to Drag the Judiciary into the Battle of the Regime Against Hizb ut Tahrir
(Translated)

Last Thursday, 27/04/2017, the Preliminary Court in Manouba issued a ruling on the acquittal of the members of Hizb ut Tahrir: Ahmad Ashour, Al-Munsif Ad-Dalaji, and Mahmoud At-Tebini, who had previously been referred by the Public Prosecution for charges of publishing and sticking (leaflets) in public places calling for "racial or ethnic hatred by inciting discrimination, and by use of hostile means, violence, or dissemination of ideas based on racial discrimination" punishable by up to three years imprisonment, "If incitement is followed by an action, the maximum penalty shall be five years imprisonment."

Once again, state officials prove the failure of the connection between the security apparatus in Tunisia, and that it has lapsed and its time has ended, amongst the people and the judiciary, and if it wasn’t for the continued involvement of some security officials and some members of the public prosecution behind the strident steps of the Authority, the courts of Tunisia and its detention centers or prisons would  have not witnessed the unjust and oppressive arrests of many members of Hizb ut Tahrir.

The regime in Tunisia, men and women, have packed their bags to join the Western countries that they hold their citizenships, fully realizing that they have but few moments left in the seats of power, as they know also that these oppressive arrests carried out by their organs, under the misguided legitimacy of the National Security Council and thick cover of involvement of the disgraceful media and parties and organizations of “Uncle Sam”, will not dissuade the members of Hizb ut Tahrir from continuing to expose them to the Islamic Ummah and expose their complicity with the Crusader Western colonization of the country.

The rulers of this country - and as their recent remarks indicate - are certain that the doses of awareness injected by Hizb ut Tahrir into the Ummah have begun to bear fruit, and perhaps the growing awareness and slogans raised by our rebellious people against injustice, marginalization and "oppression" in all cities and villages and the Tunisian countryside provide clear evidence of the failure of the authority and regime in the intellectual and political confrontation of Hizb ut Tahrir.

Therefore, all those who are still on the asphalt (runway) of the airport and preparing to leave the country should know that members of Hizb ut Tahrir have their share in the revolution against injustice and tyranny as all the Tunisian people, and that they will continue to raise challenges and work day and night to overthrow the deceitful democratic capitalist system that poisoned and spread in the country and the people poverty, hunger, and injustice and violated the rights, and will establish, Allah willing, the State of Glory and Victory, the righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" on the method pf Prophethood, which will return the Ummah of the Messenger of Allah (saw) to the center of global civilization to play the role it was entrusted by the Creator by its covenant.

Allah (swt) says:

[وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطاً لِتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ شَهِيداً]

“And thus we have made you a just community that you will be witnesses over the people and the Messenger will be a witness over you.” [Al-Baqara: 143]
