Treacherous Operation in the Sammama Mountains and the Victims in the Security Operation
(Translated)

With distress and agony, we received the news of the killing of three soldiers and the wounding of seven others in the mountains of Sammama, governorate of Kasserine. As well as the death of a wounded young man, and the injury of a serviceman, during a security operation in Hay el Karma of Kasserine also.

We extend our sincere condolences to the families of the victims, and we ask Allah Almighty to bless them with good patience and fortitude, and to bestow His mercy on the victims.

While we condemn this heinous treacherous crime, we strongly blame a government that has been unable so far to stop the bloodshed and could not even reveal the truth. And we emphasize that the conspiracy against the security of the country, its people, soldiers and servicemen is not rebuffed by fluid provisions, extemporary procedures, narrow political calculations or by preventing investigations, even with official or foreign bodies held on suspicion.

Besides, the fire in the hearts of the families of the victims from the security, military and civilians is not extinguished by presidential promises of a few dirhams (as promised by the head of State in the last ministerial meeting), but by revealing the truth of those involved in planning, funding and implementation, and by their appearance before the court on the eyes and ears of the bereaved distressed families, to satisfy the breasts of a believing people.

In this regard, we in the Women’s Section in the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Tunisia promise the mothers, wives and children of the victims, that the file of the treachery crimes that burned their hearts will remain open and will not be barred by limitation or physical compensations until the facts of the perpetrators and those behind them is revealed in the Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) State on the method of the Prophethood, where blood is secured and rights are given to their owners.
The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«والّذي نفسي بيده لقتل مؤمن أعظم عند الله من زوال الدّنيا»

“By Him in whose hand is my soul, for Allah, killing a believer is worse than destroying all the earth.” (Narrated by An Nasa’i).
