In the International Conference held by Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, under the title "Lifeline - A Sincere Islamic Vision of the Proper Treatments for Sudan's Crises without the Arab Spring Setbacks", which was held in Al-Sadaqah Hall in Khartoum, on Saturday 4th of Rajab 1435 AH, corresponding the 3rd of May 2014 CE, where the Hizb presented in this conference a sincere Islamic vision without falling into the setbacks of the Arab Spring in Libya, Tunisia, Yemen, and other revolutionary countries, which have relapsed and drowned in the Western manipulations, whereas the revolution of Al-Sham stood out in glory and might, that it is the strongest and greatest revolution crashing on its ground all of America's dreams and lackeys, and that the hopes of the Ummah are attached to it, for it the hearts beat, and the conscious minds follow, and victory will be achieved through it by the will of Allah Ta'ala.

The resoounding speech of the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the Eminent Scholar, Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah, may Allah (swt) protect him, came as the opening speech for the Conference wonderfully expressing the strength of this Hizb, the clarity of its project and the loudness of its tone, the attendees followed the speech with passion and admiration. By Allah, the eyes shed tears from the words of the Ameer when he was reminding them of the greatness of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State and the glory of Sudan under it. Some of the attendees commented after it saying: "We now know the strength of your Party, its universality and the intensity of its organization." The following speeches from Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen and Sudan were but an embodiment for the strength of Hizb ut Tahrir in adopting the Ummah's interests and leading it to the safe harbour and the shore of rescue, the concluding speech was for the Central Media Office which was titled, "Lifeline: A Vision on the basis of the Great Ideology of Islam".

As for the speech of Syria and the revolution of Al-Sham, which was delivered by the Engineer Hisham Al-Baba, Head of Hizb ut Tahrir Media Office in Wilayah of Syria, it was avidly waited for by the attendees as demonstrated by their reaction and their Takbeers, by which they wanted to emphasize that they are with the Islamicizing of the revolution, asking Allah (swt) to lead it to establishing the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" State in it and making Al-Sham the abode of the land of Islam. It mentioned, "Hizb ut Tahrir, through its truthful and sincere Da'wah for the resumption of the Islamic way of life through the establishment of the Rightly Guided Khilafah "Caliphate" State, has influenced the revolutionaries, hence their adherence to the demand for the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" has increased, especially that the Hizb has a legitimate (Shar'i) and clear knowledge of its method of building the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" State that is not tainted by ambiguity or haze. And the Hizb is certain that the Legislation of Allah (swt) will not be established except through its Shar'i method through which the Prophet (saw) established the first Islamic State. The callers of Khilafah "Caliphate" see the fruit of their work on ground even though it has not yet been completed, as calling for establishing the rule of Allah (swt) and building the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" has become a public demand for many brigades and the groups fighting on ground... Hizb ut Tahrir is in contact with this power and works for gaining its trust and taking its leadership and seeking its material support..." Allah (swt) says:

((هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ))

"It is He Who has sent His Messenger with Guidance and the Religion of Truth, that he may proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it)." [Al-Saff: 9]
