Ustaath Muhammad Hajj Sulayman Alaiwi Abu Ali

One of the first dawah carriers, who passed away to the mercy and forgiveness of Allah at the age of seventy on Saturday, 23 November 2024.

He is one of the men who sacrificed for the sake of the dawah for many years, of which he spent ten years in the notorious Tadmor Prison during the reign of the tyrant Hafez al-Assad in the 1980’s, then he was arrested again in 2000, to stay in Sednaya Prison for nearly two years.

We ask Allah (swt) to reward him for carrying the dawah and for what he encountered in its path with the highest degrees in Paradise, and we ask Him to inspire his brothers among the dawah carriers and all his family and relatives with beautiful patience, and we say only what pleases Allah:  [إِنَّا للهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ [“Surely to Allah we belong and to Him we will ˹all˺ return.” [TMQ Al-Baqara: 156].
