Sophisticated Dialogue at the University of the Holy Quran
(Translated)

As part of the campaign organized by the women's section of Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan, a sophisticated dialogue has taken place, by the grace of Allah, which amazed the female students of Ali Abdel Fattah boarding accommodation of the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences in the city of Omdurman. The turnout was so great from the onset of the event, to the extent that the women Dawah carriers were sufficed sometimes by distributing leaflets.

The turnout was great from the students who crowded heavily at the dialogue table. The discussion was very distinct from all other dialogues, because the students were well acquired in the Shariah sciences; in the Aqeedah and the Ahkam al-Shariah (Divine Rulings), which facilitated the discussion and made it sophisticated. We did not find any disagreement to the fact that the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate" is an obligation (Fardh).

However, the dominance of the reality produced natural questions as a result of the method of study they have received. So among the questions was: How do we apply Shariah in a time of freedom and democracy? The Dawah carriers responded by showing that a Muslim must adhere comprehensively to Allah's Deen as long as he is a Muslim; rather he has to accept and submit:

(فَلا وَرَبِّكَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا)

"But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission." [An-Nisa: 65]

Therefore, under the Islamic state, whoever does not adhere to Islam is obliged to abide by it comprehensively, and if a Muslim believed in the invalidity of Islam, then the rule turns into apostasy, for the saying of the Messenger (saw):

«مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»

"Whoever changes his religion (Deen), kill him".

The interaction and the discussion resulted in the natural question; what is required of us now in order to restore the Islamic state; the Khilafah "Caliphate"? And the answer was it is an obligation to work with the workers on the method of the Prophet (saw) to gain the pleasure of Allah, the Almighty, and the great reward.

The sisters gave their contact numbers to the female students who promised to further communicate with them.
