Press Release
The Prestige of the State will not Return Except under the Systems of Islam and its Rulings
(Translated)

Since the African Mediation suspended the negotiations between the government and the Sudanese People's Liberation Movement Northern Sector on Sunday, 02/03/2014, the violence in Darfur has escalated. On 03/03/2014 joint forces from the Sudanese Liberation Army (Munawi wing) and the Liberation and Justice Movement attacked the areas At-Tuwaysha, Al-La'eet Jar An-Nabiy, Haskanita and Kalimandou. On 04/03/2014 fighting broke out in Saraf Umra between tribal groups, which coincided with the military operations in South Darfur in the areas of Umm Qunja, Hujayr Tunju and Saneh Dlibah.

As a result of those events, dozens were killed, tens of thousands were displaced and turned into refugees, and Darfur was impetuously returned to the forefront of world events through statements from the officials of the great colonial powers and their tools. The Minister for African Affairs in the British Foreign Office, Mark Siemens, said: "The escalation of violence in parts of Darfur led to the displacement of 40 thousand people from their homes, particularly in South Darfur." (Sudan Tribune, 09/03/2014) It was also said: "The U.S. Department of State called upon Khartoum to stop the violations, and to desist from aerial bombardments." (Sudan Tribune, 10/03/2014)

The head of the Regional Authority in Darfur, At-Tijani As-Sisi, described the government as deficient, saying: "The state institution is completely absent in Darfur," and he added: "If the situation continues without showdown or solution, it will have consequences on the Doha Document, the peace in Darfur, and the peace in Sudan in general." (Sudan Tribune, 07/03/2014)
The reality of the problem of the security vacuum in Darfur lies in the loss of the prestige of the state, be-cause security is preserved through the prestige of the state, not the number of armed forces and military equipment present on a square kilometer of land.

The prestige of the state witnessed a terrible downfall when the state:

• Abandoned its duty to maintain security in favor of tribal, regional or international forces.

• Raised tribal issues, classifying some as loyal and other as rebel, then arming the loyal tribes ac-cording to their claim, and becoming hostile to the rebel tribes.

• Honored the oppression of the criminals who carry arms, and criminalized the loyal and truthful.

• Separated South Sudan, thereby creating an incubator for whoever wants bad for the country and its people.

• Handed over the issues of the country and its people to the colonial Kaffir enemy, under the ban-ners of the search for peace and preservation of blood.

The armed tribal forces that spread corruption on earth with a rope stretched out to them from the gov-ernment, and the rebel movements that spread corruption on earth with ropes stretched out to them from the government and the Kaffir West and its tools, all of these forces will not be deterred, except by the authority of a strong, ideological state. A state that issues its decisions based on the great ideology of Islam, the word of the Lord of the worlds, who ruled that the security is the responsibility of the state, and that Muslims are one Ummah amongst all people, they form a single hand against others, protecting their weakest and defending their strongest. The strong remains weak until his right is taken from him, and the weak is strong until is right is taken for him. The hand of the colonial Kaffir must be severed, and that will materialize soon, Allah willing, under the shade of the second rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate".
