Delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan Delivers a Leaflet to the Russian Embassy regarding the Oppression of Muslims in Tatarstan
(Translated)

A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah of Sudan delivered a leaflet from Hizb ut Tahrir in Russia to the Russian Embassy. The delegation was headed by the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir/Wilayah Sudan, Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), who was accompanied by Brother Mohi ud-Din Bukhari, member of the Wilayah Committee in Wilayah of Sudan, and Brother Issam Ahmad Ateem, member of the Media Office. The leaflet was received by the Director of Public Relations in the Russian Embassy on behalf of the Russian Ambassador. The leaflet issued in three languages:

Russian, English and Arabic is entitled: "Security Agencies in Tatarstan Severely Oppress Muslims" elaborates what the Russian authorities, especially in Tatarstan carry out in terms of arrests, abductions and severe torture of Muslims, as it has also exposed the lies and claims by the Interior Minister in Tatarstan that Hizb ut Tahrir members carry out bombing attacks. The leaflet explains that Hizb ut Tahrir is a political, intellectual party that rejects any use of material force in its struggle, and that this charge is insolence by Russia.

The leaflet that was delivered to the Russian Embassy concluded with the following: "Thus are the corrupt and the criminals who will always stand against Islam; even if it violates their own laws. They are weak in the face of the truth and Islam, which is close to every sane thinker, Russian, and Arab. This Universe belongs to one Creator, the One who sent His Messenger Muhammad (saw) as a mercy to mankind with the message of Islam: the Quran, the Sunnah and the sources they refer to.

Anyone who proclaims this publically will be arrested by the rulers of Russia, and will be branded as a fundamentalist and a murderer and will be imprisoned; his family: sons, daughters, and relatives will be subjected to harm."

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan ask Allah (swt) to liberate our brothers from these oppressive tyrants and make them steadfast in holding on to the truth; and that He (swt) inspires them with patience until He (swt) delivers His near victory when the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate", the state of Islam and the Muslims is established, upon the method of the Prophethood, which will persecute the criminals who caused Muslim blood to be spilled throughout the world.

And Allah (swt) is capable of this, He (swt) says:

(إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الأَشْهَادُ)

"Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand" [Ghafir: 51]
