Comprehensive Reform Can Only Be Through Applying the Systems of Islam under the Shade of the Second Rightly Guided Khilafah
(Translated)

Finally, after a long wait and anticipation, President Al Bashir presented what he called Comprehensive Reform Document; which is based on four pillars: peace issues, freedom of politics, settling the problem of poverty and reviving the Sudanese identity.

The reality; of these pillars is that:

• The peace, which the document described it by saying: "The National Congress Party believes that it presented an amazing model in the quest for peace for the whole world by the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement and the peace agreement for Darfur, and it will not be discouraged to proceed in the peace process, by a breach of these agreements by one party or another"; is a peace, which means separation of South Sudan through the fatality agreement (Nevasha), that is falsely and wrongly named comprehensive Peace Agreement. It also means placing the Darfur region in the footsteps of separation by giving it an expanded autonomy by the Doha peace agreement on Darfur. Therefore the commitment to this peace means, in essence, a commitment to follow the scheme of America and the Kaffir West to tear Sudan. This view is reinforced by what was mentioned by the president of the new parliament; Al Fatih Azzedine before the president's speech where he said: "Bashir's speech to the nation today will affect the future of Sudan" (Akhir Lahza Newspaper number 2657).

• The freedom of politics in Al-Bashir's speech means full commitment to secularism, as did the Islamists of the Arab Spring in Tunisia and Egypt...; who came to power, through the votes of Muslims aspiring to the implementation of Islam. Then they betrayed them, by allowing secularist opponents, who are in reality of the same class of the ruling regimes, to exercise the political work, and a taste of power; which in their menial understanding of power and ruling is considered a win. Rather than looking to power as described by the Messenger of Allah (saw):

«إِنَّهَا أَمَانَةُ وَإِنَّهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ خِزْيٌ وَنَدَامَةٌ، إِلَّا مَنْ أَخَذَهَا بِحَقِّهَا وَأَدَّى الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ فِيهَا»

"It is ‘Amanah (trust), and on the Day of Judgment it will be a disgrace and a regret except (for those) who take it by its right and perform its duties correctly".

• As for the alleged treatment for the problem of poverty, it is only throwing dust in the eyes. For what has the secular program that ruled the country since the entry of Kitchener and the colonization of Sudan in 1889, and continued throughout the so-called different national eras; democratic were or military, what has it achieved except continuing in the manufacturing of poverty and crushing the poor!!

• As for the Sudanese identity, it is the remnants of the colonial reign, with what it means of separating the people of Sudan from their faith and nation, as Muslims who must live by the systems and rulings of Islam, and making them wander distracted for decades, asking who we are and how to be ruled?!

Real reform is not possible except with a remedy from the start; that is the great ideology of Islam and its divine rules. This is what Hizb ut Tahrir adopts in its books and publications. And it seeks, with the Ummah and within, it to resume the Islamic way of life to establish the second rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate"; that applies the systems of Islam in all aspects of life.
