There is No Salvation from this Miserable Reality for Women except through a State that upholds Justice
Khilafah Rashidah on the Method of the Prophethood

Former member of the Executive Office of the Sudan Medical Association, specialist in internal medicine, epidemics, and infectious diseases, Dr. Adibah Ibrahim Al-Sayyid, revealed the registration of 316 rape cases, including cases involving children, according to medical sources in Khartoum and Darfur. She confirmed the registration of 61 rape cases in Khartoum, 55 cases in Nyala, and 200 cases in the city of El Geneina, saying probably the perpetrators of the crime are from the Rapid Support Forces. In response to this heinous crime, we clarify the following:

First, rape is a despicable crime, and the pure Shari’ (Islamic law) has a clear stance prohibiting it and imposing severe punishments on its perpetrators.

Second,the Shari’ has entrusted the implementation of the Shari’i penalties by the Muslims’ Khalifah (caliph) and in the absence of a Khalifah, it becomes the duty of Muslims to diligently work towards his establishment. This is an obligation supported by the combined evidence from Quran, Sunnah, and consensus (Ijmaa') of the Sahaabah.

Third, for those who rush to international, regional, or local organizations, hoping that justice will be served or punished for these rape victims, they should realize that these organizations are merely tools in the hands of major powers, especially America. It should not be expected that they would issue a condemning resolution against any party that serves the conflicting powers in the pursuit of America's interests, which ignited the war between its two generals, Burhan and Hemeti, without any regard for the sanctity of life or dignity.

In conclusion, we say that the upcoming Khilafah, bi’thn Allah, is the salvation from this miserable reality for women. This reality has been created and nurtured by these oppressive criminal regimes, which have distanced Islam from governance and the care of people's affairs and thrown into the embrace of the colonizing kafir.
