4 Hizb ut Tahrir Members Released from Prison

On the 5th of March 2013, in Bashkiria, Russia; four Muslims have been released from the prison. They were kept in prison since the 6th of November 2012. Aleksey Hamadeev, Rasim Sataev, Ewgeniy Kulagin, Aydar Garifyanov were prosecuted by Article 282.2 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation, incriminated in organization of activities of the Islamic political party Hizb ut Tahrir.

In spite of attempts by authorities to suppress the Islamic Dawah, they witness the increase of Islamic Dawah carriers in scope, and an increase in the spread of the Religion of Truth. The authorities have nothing to oppose against the growth of Islam, although they have huge governmental structures, numerous advisors and experts, think-tank institutes and strategic centers.

All these facts show the strength and impact of Islam, sent down as mercy to the worlds. Everybody who clutches this guidance from the Creator with both hands, who accepts it in full - will receive success in this life and the next life, in spite of the schemes and plots by the shaytans from the Jinn and humans.

Allah (swt) said,

( يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ هَلۡ أَدُلُّكُمۡ عَلَىٰ تِجَـٰرَةٍ۬ تُنجِيكُم مِّنۡ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ۬ ﴿١٠﴾ تُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتُجَـٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمۡوَٲلِكُمۡ وَأَنفُسِكُمۡ‌ ۚذَٲلِكُمۡ خَيۡرٌ۬ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ﴿١١﴾ يَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ ذُنُوبَكُمۡ وَيُدۡخِلۡكُمۡ جَنَّـٰتٍ۬ تَجۡرِى مِن تَحۡتِہَا ٱلۡأَنۡہَـٰرُ وَمَسَـٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً۬ فِى جَنَّـٰتِ عَدۡنٍ۬‌ ۚ ذَٲلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ ﴿١٢﴾ وَأُخۡرَىٰ تُحِبُّونَہَا‌ ۖ نَصۡرٌ۬ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَتۡحٌ۬ قَرِيبٌ۬‌ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ﴿١٣) )

"O you who have believed, shall I guide you to a transaction that will save you from a painful punishment? [It is that] you believe in Allah and His Messenger and strive in the cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives. That is best for you, if you should know. He will forgive for you your sins and admit you to gardens beneath which rivers flow and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence. That is the great attainment. And [you will obtain] another [favor] that you love - victory from Allah and an imminent conquest; and give good tidings to the believers." [61:10-13]

A welcoming ceremony took place for four Hizb members released by the criminal Russian authorities in Bashkiria, after being arrested in a barbaric manner on the 6^thNovember 2012. The former detainees: Alexei Hamadif, Rasim Sataúev, Eugnla Kologin and Eder Jarivianov, had been sentenced based on Article 1 Part 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and with the affiliation and activity of Hizb ut-Tahrir.
