Congratulations from Hizb ut Tahrir / Morocco for the Blessed Occasion of Eid ul Adha 1434 AH
(Translated)

O Muslims, O people of Morocco

Hizb ut Tahrir in Morocco takes this opportunity to congratulates you for the blessed occasion of Eid ul Adha; asking Allah for its return upon you and your families in the best health, wellbeing, security, and Iman. So sacrifice (your slaughter), and may Allah accept your sacrifice by His permission, and may Allah accept from you and us.

O Muslims, O people of Morocco

It brings pleasure to us to see your adherence and devotion to revive this Prophetic Sunnah action. While we are aware that a broad cross-section from you resort to selling some possessions, or tightening (the budget) on himself and children, and even borrow money to manage the price of the sacrifice (slaughter). And we take this opportunity to warn you of falling into the trap of Lending Companies that exploits your adherence to reviving this Sunnah action by encouraging you to borrow with this prohibited interest (riba) loans. We remind you, and you by the permission of Allah will be deserving of the reminder, that interest (riba) loans are haram. From Jabir Ibn Abdullah (ra) said:

«لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا، وَمُؤْكِلَهُ، وَكَاتِبَهُ، وَشَاهِدَيْهِ، وَقَالَ:هُمْ سَوَاءٌ»

"The Messenger of Allah (saw) cursed the riba eater, feeder, recorder, and witnesses." And he said: "They are equal." [Sahih Muslim]

In this regard, we remind you that the purchase of the sacrifice, is a Sunnah for the able ones and the ones unable to offer it are exempt from the sacrifice and it is not permissible for him to resort to the Haram to buy a sacrificial animal.
We also like to take this opportunity to remind you of the origins of this Eid; which was a test from Allah Ta'ala to gauge the strength of obedience of Prophet Ibrahim (as) to His command to slaughter his son and the success of Prophet Ibrahim in this difficult test. Allah Ta'ala said regarding him:

[قَدْ كَانَتْ لَكُمْ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ فِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ]

"There has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him." [Al-Mumtahina: 4]

We invite you follow the Sunnah of Prophet Ibrahim of patience in adhering to the commands of Allah and to sacrifice that which is dear and precious in its cause. Nothing is dearer and greater to Allah than establishing the political entity that rules by His Book and the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw).

To that we invite you, and do not let following the Sunnah actions distract you from establishing the obligatory actions. Allah Ta'ala says in the Hadith Qudsi

«مَا تَقَرَّبَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدِيْ بِشَيْءٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مَمَّا افتَرَضْتُ عَلَيْهِ»

"Nothing is dearer to me from the actions my slave undertakes to get closer to me than carrying out actions that I made obligatory upon him" [Narrated by Al Bukhari].

O Muslims, O People of Morocco!

While you are in the atmosphere of the Eid festivity and its happiness, meeting with your friends and families; do not forget about your brothers who are deprived of this atmosphere, in Syria, Iraq, Myanmar, Palestine, Somalia, Nigeria and others from the Muslim lands. Do not forget them in your righteous duaa, maybe Allah (swt) will remove their hardship soon. And remember that it is the Khilafah "Caliphate" alone [which will be established soon by the permission of Allah] that will end their suffering and sadness. So proceed with us towards it, perhaps Allah will reward you of its establishment in your book of deeds.
