Save Syria's Future since Bashar has Torn Its Present!
(Translated)

Reuters News Agency reported that the UN had mentioned on Thursday 19/4/2013 that Syrian families have been burned alive in their homes; people were shelled with bombs while waiting in line for bread; children were subjected to torture, rape and killing; and cities reduced to rubble in the on-going war in Syria which has turned the situation into a humanitarian crisis since the past two years.  Valerie Amos, Humanitarian Coordinator in the UN, said: "Children are the ones mostly affected; they are subjected to murder, torture and sexual assault. Many do not find enough food to sustain themselves. Millions suffer from shock due to the severity of the situation... this brutal conflict not only tears the present-day Syria, but also destroys its future."

The rampant devastation experienced by Syria of public and private property that spread so vastly is indescribable. According to statistics collected by the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) of the United Nations, the outcome of violence so far may have exceeded $80 billion, but it is not limited to this, as tens or even hundreds of unarmed civilians are martyred on a daily basis, unarmed of everything except of their strong faith in the inevitable victory of the Haq over the Batil, until the number of those martyred reached according to the statistics of the United Nations to more than 70 thousand people, excluding the internally displaced people and refugees in and out of Syria. Children are the most affected and vulnerable. In addition to the killing and slaughter, hunger and homelessness, they also are subjected to torture and sexual violence, this is indeed, the disaster by all standards, because here we are speaking of the future generation and its men. This reveals another maligning policy of the tyrant Bashar and his regime, a policy of sabotage for the future after ruining the present; he seeks mass destruction of everything - present and future. Despite all this, there are those who believe in dialogue and negotiation with a criminal murderer whom the beasts of the forest do not act as he does towards his people!

What is happening in Syria, with the testimony of the United Nations itself, shows once again the failure of the international organizations in alleviating the suffering of the people of Syria, as confirmed by Amos who said: "I do not have an answer for those Syrians whom I've spoken to and who asked me why the world has abandoned them." This also confirms the lie of the international community, led by the United Nations which considers itself as the protector of human rights, including the rights of children, issuing documents and international agreements using them as excuses and pretexts for the purpose of instilling dozens of associations and so-called non-governmental organizations in Muslim countries, tampering with our families and children, and working to change the laws in Muslim countries, fake-crying over the rights of women and children and  protection from oppression and violence. They do not speak of violations except when it comes to the penal codes in Islam or provisions relating to Muslim women, which were legislated by the Lord of the Worlds in favour of human happiness, while at the same time, they are granting Bashar deadline after deadline with more opportunities to increase his oppression and killing of children and women.

This is typical of the West's double standards...Why is it that they do not follow their own agreements which they composed such as the Convention of the Rights of Children issued by the General Assembly of the United Nations, with Article 6 stating that "every child has the inherent right to life, survival and growth"?!  We see children killed, burned and buried under rubble without pity or mercy, and Article 19 which describes "protection from all forms of violence, abuse and exploitation, including sexual abuse"?! Behold, they themselves admit these rights are being terribly violated in Syria that they described what is happening as a humanitarian disaster.

So oh you who proclaim and seek to negotiate with this tyrant, we say to you, save face and openly and loudly declare no to negotiating with this criminal regime by any means, over what would you negotiate! Over the blood of the martyrs that flow like rivers! Or over the agonies of women and their dignity and honour! Or over the pains of children, their suffering, and their future which Bashar seeks to slay before they emerge! Allah (swt) says:

(وَإِذَا الْمَوْءُودَةُ سُئِلَتْ * بِأَيِّ ذَنْبٍ قُتِلَتْ) "And when the infant girl (buried alive) is made to ask, For what crime she had been slain." [Surah 81: Aya 9] Oh Muslims, Oh people of power! Has not the blood stirred in your veins to what is being committed of crimes against your children in Syria?! The tyrant butcher seeks to destroy the future as he has destroyed the past and present... This Ummah is in need, more than any previous time, of a strong Khaleefah, who will stand in the face of the Ummah's enemies... For a just, merciful and compassionate Khaleefah, who fears for the children, women, elderly and men of this Ummah. We call upon you, oh people of power, to put your hands with the hand of the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the honourable scholar Ata Bin Khalil Abu Rashtah, pledging allegiance to him to rule by the book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet (saw), and thus he becomes the first Khaleefah in the second Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashida upon the method of the Prophethood, returning the legacy of Al-Mu'tassim the protector of the lands, and the legacies of the first Khulafaa'; through him the weak become strong, the oppressor will be accounted, and who will spread justice, mercy, security and safety (إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا) "For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion." [Surah 65: Aya 3]
