Al-Fajr Newspaper reported on Saturday, 2/11/2019, what it called the disaster; the presence of the 10 largest websites in the world under the control of Qatar and Turkey. It referred to the statement by Abdulghani Alhindi, member of the Islamic Research Academy, that the extremist figures that promote terrorism and the most issuing of fatwas, are included in a top 10 list of personalities who launch fatwas: among them are Yousuf al-Makharza, Ahmad al-Qasas and Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, without showing us the type or subject of fatwas that these people have issued and what “extremism and terrorism” was contained in their fatwas!
It is well known that any accusation that is not accompanied by evidence or proof is false, and we are not here to defend our Ameer (leader) and our members. They are above the level of suspicion; Hizb ut Tahrir does not follow the material (violent) actions as its method to establish the state. But it adopts the method of the Prophet (saw), it struggles with the West, its ideas in a real intellectual struggle, and the West is well aware that in this arena, the battleground of ideas, it has no chance and is unable to confront Hizb ut Tahrir. Even its institutions described the party as the main fighter in the war of ideas. America is aware of the power and greatness of the party's thoughts. And it is aware that the party goes beyond the walls it sets as a barrier to protect its capitalist ideology. This is what led the West to make unrelenting attempts to distort the image of Hizb ut Tahrir, attacks its ideas, and creates armies of intellectuals smitten by its culture.
Even from the Islamists there are who are in opposition to the attempt to confront the party and its ideas and the distortion of the image of its figures, the sincere Dawah carriers. Although it is known that Hizb ut Tahrir does not present itself as a house of fatwa to the Ummah, and does not issue fatwa at all, as the party is not the House of Fatwa as we said. Your consistent attempts to stigmatize the party and its Ameer (leaders) and members of “terrorism” will not deter us from continuing to work to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the method of Prophethood, which the West fears as it feels it is near. Your army’s role and the other tools are only to stand against it and be a barrier between it and the people to prevent people from embracing and supporting it.
What Hizb ut Tahrir holds pure Islamic thought, pure, pristine and crystallized, which are found in all Islamic books of jurisprudence, Hadith, biography (Seerah), narrations and others, even those that you study in Al-Azhar. The party's founder and first Ameer, Sheikh Taqi ud-Din An-Nabhani may Allah have mercy on him, graduated from Al-Azhar and was one of its notable scholars. The party’s adopted books, show his presentation, methodology, thought, and method and they are an evidence for him and you. They are all present, and were previously presented by the regime to Al-Azhar committee during the trials of some members of Hizb ut Tahrir in 2002/2003. The Committee’s verdict is that they do not contradict the Islamic Shariah. And that there is no issue with them and there is no harm in their circulation, this was reported in official and international newspapers, including the Egyptian Al Gomhuria Magazine, and Al-Hayat international newspaper in late March 2003.
What haunts the West regarding Hizb ut Tahrir’s call, and makes it its first enemy is that the party seeks to liberate the Ummah from the ideas of the West and its emancipation from its subordination and uprooting its capitalist system that enables it to control the wealth of the Ummah and its resources. What the West and its tools fear the most is that the people embrace the ideas and they fall on the open ears and aware hearts of the sincere sons of the Ummah in the armies, and it will be their lifeline that they are searching for, and they support it, as did their ancestors to establish the state feared by the West. The state which ends decades of dependence of our country and systems of government on the West’s ideas and policies; and ends the flowing flood of looting on the treasuries of our country's wealth, and it returns to its homeland disappointed, if it will still have a homeland.
O Noble Scholars, Sheikhs and Notables! These ideas are from Islam, your Deen that you believe in. Do not be the executive tool in the hands of the West and the spear that stabs your Deen and the Dawah carriers. Your duty to is to support them and bear the responsibility with them and incite the sons of Egypt in general to embrace their idea until Allah’s command is accomplished and He (swt) sends the victory for His Deen and elevate His State.
O People of Egypt (the Kenana), People and Army! Hizb ut Tahrir is one of you, the leader who did not and will not lie to you, and is your trustworthy adviser, working with you to bring back the state that gave you the glory and ruled the world with the justice of Islam for more than thirteen centuries. So hold hands with them and establish with them the state that will restore the justice of Islam on earth; that in its shade the trees, birds, stone and not just humans will enjoy its blessings, and you will attain the glory in this world and dignity in the Hereafter. Oh Allah, bring it soon and make us its soldiers and witnesses and make Egypt its capital.
[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَجِيبُواْ لِلّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُم لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ]
“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered” [Al-Anfal: 24].
