Congratulations from Hizb-ut Tahrir on the Eid al-Adha

Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar...La Illaha illa Allah... Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar ... wa Lillahi alHamd.

Praise be to Allah, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and on his family, companions, and allies... and upon those who followed in his footsteps, and made the Islamic faith the basis for his thought and the divine rulings as the criterion for his actions and the source of his judgments...

O Muslims everywhere...

From the Central Media Office of Hizb-ut Tahrir, we are pleased to convey to the Ummah as a whole our congratulations on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha from the Amir of Hizb-ut Tahrir, the scholar Ata ibnu Khalil Abu Rashta (may Allah protect him). It also honors us to convey his congratulations to the young men and women of Hizb-ut Tahrir who struggle day and night to uphold the word of Allah by their efforts in the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" State as heralded by Allah's servant and Messenger, peace be upon him.

Last year, I prayed to Allah, the Everlasting and Self-Sufficient, to honour us with the establishment of the Rightly Guided Khilafah "Caliphate" and we are now witnessing the fall of the Sham's tyrant.

We are witnessing the Sham's revolution, the plots of the Western countries day and night, especially by the United States and its complicity with the cut-throat tyrant of Damascus, in spilling precious blood in broad daylight using everything in its means for continuing the killing and destruction. This clearly indicates the paramount concern of Western leaders and their crony Muslim rulers that the outcome of the revolution in al-Sham will result in the Khilafah "Caliphate" State.

Had the revolution in Syria yielded to America's dictate by accepting her plot, then the bloodshed would have stopped and America would have imposed another "Karzai" or "Tantawi" steering the revolution in America's direction (like the case in Egypt), and the thugs of the American named Syrian National Council, which is nothing but a product of the Turkish-American regime, would have entered the presidential palace in Damascus under the pseudo-title of "Guardians of the Revolution."

However, the revolutionaries of ash-Sham exposed this plot during last Friday, entitled "America... Will You Never Tire of your Lust for Our Blood?" Such is their keen awareness of America's plots.

As we congratulate the entire Ummah on the blessed occasion of Eid al-Adha, we take this opportunity to remind all Muslims of their duty, and foremost amongst them the leaders and officers of the armies and those of power with the ability to bring about change. We remind them of the divine duty to support their brothers and their families in Syria which the Prophet al-Mustafa described as the heart of Dar al-Islam. And we bring good tidings to our people in ash-Sham that Allah (swt) has promised victory, but they will purify their sacrifices in the way of seeking Allah's pleasure with one of two great blessings: victory or martyrdom.

As I convey to you and the Muslim Ummah congratulations from the Central Media Office of Hizb-ut Tahrir and all its activists, I pray to Allah Almighty that the following Eid; the Islamic Ummah will be living under the banner of the Islamic State. And that they will have united and triumphed, Inshallah, and become centre stage. Indeed Allah the Glorified is able to ensure it.

Oh Allah! Yaa Hay yaa Qayyum, yaa Hanan Yaa Mannan. Oh You who raised the heavens without any pillars, honour us with the Khilafah "Caliphate" State. Honour us with your blessed support against your enemies, against the butcher of Damascus and his followers and support those who fight in Jihad in Your path everywhere and empower them to uphold your word and support your Deen.

We would like to draw to your attention that a special broadcast has been arranged on the occasion of this Holy Feast starting Friday, the first day of Eid al-Adha.

We pray that every year you are well and that Allah accept your acts of obedience. May peace and Allah's mercy and blessings be with you. "Glory is yours and all praise we testify that there is none worthy of worship but You, we seek your forgiveness and turn in repentance to you."
