O' Ulema, Speak Truth or be Silent!
(Translated)

With regards to the ongoing turmoil in Afghanistan, the ‘royal scholars' and khateebs of Masajids, proposed to invite a senior delegation of the Islamic conference. At the same time they asked the government to implement the Islamic Hadud Law in order to end the crisis in the country. 

Looking at the proposed demands certain things needs be to clarify; 

• 1. The Islamic conference has been established by the colonialists themselves after the demise of the caliphate and the Ummah has seen nothing positive or khair from this organization since its inception. The Islamic conference is nothing but a gathering of puppets who meet to eat, drink and then leave. OIC has failed to resolve one single issue of the Ummah; rather they have been a tool for the colonialist west to safeguard its objectives in the Muslim world.
• 2. Asking for the hudud to be implemented for the resolution of the conflict in Afghanistan shows that the Ulema are being forced to say that, why else were these Ulema silent for such a long period of time? They knew very well that ruling by other than what Allah (swt) has revealed is absolutely forbidden (Haram) and the doers are called as Fasiq, Zalim and even Kafir by Allah (swt).
• 3. Recently, British foreign Minister David Meliband clearly said in one of his statement that we are not opposed to the democratic brand of Islam rather what we are opposed to is that system (caliphate) which does not accept borders.

The demand of the ‘government Ulema' resembles the same frame of mind which wants to make Islam subservient to democracy, which in itself is a fallacious demand. The ‘government Ulema' should fear the wrath of Allah (swt) and should not alter the method of establishing Islam, which is only Khilafah. Instead of asking for partial implementation of some Islamic rules, these Ulema should demand the complete Implementation of Islam by re-establishing the Khilafah State, which will remove all western influences from the Islamic world and will reunify the Ummah under the single leadership of the Khalifah. If these pseudo scholars are unable to say truth then silence is better for them.
