Islamic Republic, Secular System implementing Kuffr
(Translated)

On 27th Saratan of Afghan Solar Year (17th July 2012), Pajhwok News Agency reported that Abdul Sabur an Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier, who killed 4 French colonialist soldiers and wounded 15 others, is sentenced to death in martial court of Silab Military Corps, ANA.

The soldier was tried in a military court, whilst colonialist troops have been murdering thousands of innocent Muslims including children, women and old men all across Afghanistan over the past decade. They have been murdering civilians brutally, such that they burned bodies after the murder, or raped women before killing them. A prominent example of this is the massacre in Panjwayee district of Kandahar, where crusader American soldiers brutally slaughtered 17 innocent villagers four months ago, and burned their bodies. None of the American soldiers, who killed tens of innocent people, have been sentenced or even tried. This is because the traitor Afghan government has given the colonialist troops legal and judicial immunity even if they commit any crime in Afghanistan. This is a prominent and irrefutable proof of the slavery of the puppet authorities of Afghanistan's republic.

In another incident, a prosecutor was sentenced to 16 years in prison for sexual assault, in a court trial in Kabul. Whilst in Islam the penalty for adultery is stoning (Rajm) for married persons and 100 lashes for unmarried persons. Such decrees are issued in the legal system of the so called "Islamic" Republic. The use of prefix of Islam with democracy has misled many Islamic parties, some Ulema who have sold their souls to the Kufr system, and some common people about the reality of the system. One of the so called Ulema, Sebghatullah Mujadedi, describes US installed, puppet rulers of Afghanistan as successors of the Khulafah Rashideen, God forbid! And he gives these rulers sincere advice. Meanwhile, it is this civil Kufr system that imprisons Hizb ut Tahrir's members for many years, who are continuously struggling politically and intellectually in order to re-establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" state. It also imprisons other Muslims for tens of years, charging them with carrying Jihad against colonialist troops. It is, therefore, clear that under democracy, the basis for acquittal is being a criminal. You have to be a criminal to be free.

It is an obligation upon the Muslim Ummah to enforce Shari'ah law from its sources, Qur'an, Sunnah, Ijma (Consensus) of the Suhabah, and Qiyyas (analogy) in every aspect of life. However, in the Afghan Republic, the constitution is approved by a Grand Constitutional Assembly (Constitutional Loya Jirga) and other laws are made through majority votes in the parliament, which is in complete contradiction with Islam in its root and in its branches. In Surah Ma'ida, Allah SWT has described such a system as the system of Jahilia (ignorance). Allah SWT describes rulers in such a system as oppressors, corrupt and -in the case they believe in this system- "Kafirun" (non-believers). Prophet SAW says:

"إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَدَّ حُدُودًا فَلاَ تَعْتَدُوهَا وَفَرَضَ لَكُمْ فَرَائِضَ فَلاَ تُضَيِّعُوهَا وَحَرَّمَ أَشْيَاءَ فَلاَ تَنْتَهِكُوهَا وَتَرَكَ أَشْيَاءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ نِسْيَانٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ وَلَكِنْ رَحْمَةٌ مِنْهُ لَكُمْ فَاقْبَلُوهَا وَلاَ تَبْحَثُوا فِيهَا "

"Allah SWT has set certain boundaries, do not override them. He Almighty has made certain Farayedh (obligations), do not miss them. He has made certain things Haram (forbidden), avoids them, and has made certain things permissible (Mubah) out of His compassion and mercy for you, so accept them and do not question them."

Kuffar and their puppet rulers label the true implementation of the Shari'ah law by the Khilafah "Caliphate" state as fundamentalism, terrorism and extremism and describe their system of ignorance as civil and democratic despite the fact that democracy has strengthened itself through bloodshed and beheading of innocent people.

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Afghanistan is calling upon all movements, government Ulema and the deceived Muslims, and warns them that Shari'ah cannot be implemented through republic and democratic systems. Because Islam and its rules are applicable only through a method given from Allah SWT to his messenger and that method is the Khilafah "Caliphate" state based on the manhaj of Prohphethood. Khilafah "Caliphate" is a state which implements Shari'ah law in its territory and carries the message of Islam to the rest of the world through Da'wah and Jehad. The Khilafah "Caliphate" state would have rewarded and encouraged the above mentioned ANA soldier, and would have definitely tried and punished those who are supporting the colonialist crusaders or establish relationships with them.

The tyrannies imposed upon Ummah in the name of Islamic Republics have been rightly predicted in a hadith (saying) of the Prophet SAW:

" سيأتي على الناس سنوات خداعات يصدق فيها الكاذب ويكذب فيها الصادق ويؤتمن فيها الخائن ويخون فيها الأمين وينطق فيها الرويبضة، قيل وما الرويبضة؟ قال: الرجل التافه يتكلم في أمر العامة "

"Soon there will come most deceptive years on people when a liar would be seen as trustworthy, and the trustworthy people would be seen as liars and a traitor would be seen as honest and honest would be seen as traitor and Rovaibiza will talk". On this Companion asked who is Rovaibiza? Prophet SAW replied; "A stupid man who talks on public affairs."

(وَلَقَدْ صَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِبْلِيسُ ظَنَّهُ فَاتَّبَعُوهُ إِلَّا فَرِيقاً مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ)
