31 Muslim Men who said "Our Lord is Allah" were once again Demanded to be Sentenced to Long Prison Terms!

We had informed in a statement dated October 10, 2024, about the start of the trial of 31 former political prisoners. A few days ago, we received information from a reliable source about the course of this trial. According to the source, the prosecutor asked the judge to sentence most of the men to 18 years in the special regime prison, of which 5 years in the closed regime, and others to 13 years in the special regime prison, of which 3 years in the closed regime. It was requested to sentence two of them to 7 years in a strict regime prison. The court session was postponed to April 22.

Previously, these politicians were sentenced to long prison terms during the oppressive rule of Karimov and spent nearly twenty years of their lives in prisons. During that period, some of them lost their parents or other family members, suffered from health problems, and some became disabled. After Mirziyoyev came to power, he started releasing the men whose sentences had ended, and their parents and families were overwhelmed with unmatched joy after years of separation pain. However, Mirziyoyev's "reforms" soon faded away, as he returned to Karimov's policies, whom he himself described as a "garbage system," and re-arrested the politicians who had just been released.

So why does the Uzbek regime want to send these men behind bars for many more years? They are not murderers, fraudsters, bribe-takers, thieves, or rapists, and society has not been harmed by any one of them in any area. Their only "crime" is that they said "Our Lord is Allah," meaning they want the Deen (religion) of Allah to govern the world and for Islamic rulings to be implemented in people's lives! These men were imprisoned for many years in Uzbekistan's prisons during the previous regime precisely because of this call, and they were subjected to various forms of inhuman torture.

Reportedly, after the prosecutor requested the court to issue long prison sentences, some of the mothers, sisters, and wives of the men could not control their agitation and invoked curses upon all court officials, especially the prosecutor and the judge. How can they refrain from supplicating while, before their very eyes, their loved ones are being demanded to be imprisoned for years on false charges unsupported by evidence?! Of course, there is no doubt that Allah Almighty answers the supplication of the oppressed, as the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«اتَّقِ دَعْوَةَ الْمَظْلُومِ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ اللهِ حِجَابٌ» “Be afraid, from the curse of the oppressed as there is no screen between his invocation and Allah.”

Also, the soon-to-be-established second Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate), by Allah’s permission, will take retribution from those who oppressed Muslims, like Mirziyoyev and his followers. At that time, neither his Russian brother nor his Chinese or Western masters will be able to help him.

O Mirziyoyev! "Justice is the foundation of the state and the court must be its heart," "In court, not only law but also right, conscience, and humanity must prevail," "If the voice of the people is not heard in courtrooms, the voice of the state will not rise from the grave," "The destiny of the people lies in the judge’s pen and the heart of the country beats in his voice," "Progress in a country without justice is like a building without a foundation that will collapse one day." These phrases are your words. Did you say them merely for your reputation?! Do you not fear being among the hypocrites whose actions contradict their words? Or is pleasing the Russian colonizer more important to you than being strong, dignified, and a bold leader who stands firmly on his feet and defends his people? Do you not fear the curse of the oppressed who are bereft of their shepherd, nor the wrath and revenge of Allah who accepts their supplication without a veil?! And Allah's revenge is not only in the Akhirah (Hereafter) but also in this world. Do not forget that Allah Almighty will establish a just Imam who will support the oppressed and take the rights from the oppressors without leaving anything, as the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«ثم تَكُونُ مُلْكاً جَبْرِيةً فَتَكُونُ مَا شَاءَ اللهُ أَنْ تَكُونَ، ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُهَا اللهُ إِذَا شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْفَعَهَا، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةً عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ النُّبُوَّةِ»

“...Then there will be rule of force, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then Allah will end it when He wills. Then there will be a Khilafah on the Way of the Prophethood.”

According to this Hadith of the Messenger of Allah (saw), the current era of tyrannical monarchy is in its final breaths, and the dawn of the Khilafah is closer than ever, by the will of Allah. Therefore, you have two paths: Either immediately release all political prisoners and thus calm the anger of the Caliph and the Muslims toward you, or continue pleasing the colonial kufar even if by oppressing Muslims, and thus lose in both worlds. The decision, of course, is yours!

O Muslims of Uzbekistan: The Mirziyoyev regime deprives you of living according to the just rulings of Islam that Allah has blessed you with and sentences your brothers who strive to resume Islamic life to long prison terms. Therefore, you have no excuse for turning a blind eye to this situation, because living according to Islam is an obligation upon all Muslims. Hence, it is the duty of all Muslims, not just some, to work to resume an Islamic way of life. Thus, it is your Shariah duty to support and protect your brothers who are on this path. And you will be asked about this before Allah Almighty, as the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ، لَا يَظْلِمُهُ وَلَا يُسْلِمُهُ» “A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim. So he should neither oppress him nor hand him over to an oppressor.”

In conclusion, we say: Do not weaken on this path, appreciate these moments of reward, and do not leave your oppressed brothers without support. Know that Allah is Dominant over His Affair.

[وَاللهُ غَالِبٌ عَلَى أَمْرِهِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ]

“And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people do not know.” [Yusuf:21].
