Brother Zuhair Mubarak gave a speech entitled, "Importance of the Khilafah "Caliphate" & its Institutions" before the Bustan Mosque in which he presented the tasks of the Head of the State for example, Khilafah "Caliphate" & its Institutions and the obligation to renounce the corrupt rulers.
